Equipment returns policy:

Please read shipping and dispatch delays before placing an order as our products are made to order which result in dispatch delays out of the warehouse.

 Delivery delays are inevitable from time to time and are out of Sanipro Australia's control due to using a third party carrier to deliver your equipment.

Customers may return certain items excluding inversion drums purchased from Sanipro Australia within 30 days of receiving their order. Sanipro Australia reserves the right to refuse a return if it is not in the original condition when the return is received . Sanipro Australia WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS AFTER THE 30-DAY WINDOW HAS ELAPSED.

Conditions of returns:

• No return will be issued if the item is returned in a used condition or has been tampered with.
• A 20 percent restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for change of mind returns.
• Sanipro Australia offers a full refund including the cost of shipping if the item arrives damaged, expired, defective or incorrect, please inspect your order as soon as possible on arrival and let us know of any problems. 

Damages and issues: 

Once you have received your order PLEASE INSPECT your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
